GrandView #206 is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo. Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets.
Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!
The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great views of lake from this 2nd floor waterfront condo.
Condo was clean and provided easy access to lake and town. Physical plant and furnishings are tired, worn and unit lacks amenities commonly provided.

Clean, quiet condo with great lake and sunset views
Nice stay overall & having an end unit condo was nice for a quieter time; couldn't check in until almost 5:00 on the day we arrived for a reason that was never explained, but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Luxury ? No way OK the view is wonderful, but the condo looks like it’s from the 20’s and the furniture has not been changed. From worn out furniture to power sockets that don’t work and the head board literally screwed to the wall. This place was disappointing. Please don’t use the term luxury in the description. I would post pictures but maybe later.

Smelled like cigarette smoke
This property smelled like cigarette smoke. It is also very dated and does not look like the pictures. Extremely beat up and dated furniture. The front desk did provide an air humidifier to help with the cigarette smell and ended up refunding our 2nd night stay which was greatly appreciated. I would not recommend staying in this unit as it needs a total remodel.

Great weekend getaway
Went for a girls weekend with 5 girls and had a blast! The location itself is very lively and full of entertainment.
Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults, view was amazing to sit and watch the sun go down and all the water activities. Would recommend this spot!

really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable and had all the ammenities for a family of 4. Love this property and we will be coming back for sure. close to town and front desk staff were amazing. Especially with COVID- we felt very safe and comfortable here. They took all the right precautions. only challenge was one of bathroom sink was clogged and backed up. Had maintenance tried to fix but to no avail. thanks!

We came here for crush weekend and couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. The wineries were in both sides of us and it was right next to downtown and the restaurants. I loved the heated pool and grotto hot tub overlooking the lake. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly and lovely with us. We are all plotting to come back with our families and stay here. Thank you !
