Shotgun style Living and Kitchen area with nook and kitchen island. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, (2 queens, 1 twin), and 1 full bath. We started the restoration a few years ago and these are a few details of what we have accomplished. The plumbing was replaced starting at the meter, valves, and fixtures. The water pressure is great. New circuit breaker panel, lights, switches, and plugs. Ground fault outside and bathroom plugs. Security lighting with yard light. An aerobic sewerage system was installed. Two bedrooms new walls, ceiling, floors, and windows. The bathroom has original restored walls and ceiling. New floors bath, hallway, kitchen, and dining area. New ceiling fan in the living area. Located on the Mardi Gras Parade route for Krewe of Tee Caillou. It's a local parade that parades before Mardi Gras.
