« The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls.
Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp.
Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles...
But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere...

« This property was being renovated during our stay, but it was not an issue. The only negative was that the staff seemed unprepared for the number of people at breakfast, which left guests waiting 10-15 minutes for eggs and sausage links. »

« We’ve never traveled with our pups. We were nervous about what kind of room we’d be in. It was extremely clean and smell free. The dogs loved all the space after being in a car all day. Breakfast isn’t free but looked wonderful and worth the $$$. We had food that we ate. Complimentary coffee in the am was available. Whole complex was extremely clean. Even saw someone using a lint roller on the carpet. Attention to detail. The mirror in our room had some humidity issues but who cares. The beds...
