"Stayed for one night having booked the standard twin room. Initial room room was very small and more a single sized room. Spoke with reception who quickly changed the room to a more appropriate larger room. Good service from reception and quickly resolved our issue. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good location close to the castle and lots of restaurants around to choose from. Street parking closeby and a supermarket just down the road. "

"Disappointed to say the least. A kid at the reception who doesn’t know English nor hotel business and has to check everything with her boss; no parking; the toilet set is broken; the toilet mirror is tinted; the bed is called “double” but is actually a medium 120 cm teenager bed; the bathroom was filled with sewerage smell when we came in; the window is to the hotel’s public balcony. Overall, bad experience."

I go through this long explanation because the hotel has no parking and this should not be a huge negative. When I looked for a hotel with free parking one was on the edge of town and more expensive. Free breakfast is standard Scandinavian fare of boiled egg, breads, deli meat, cereals, yogurt …etc."
