Fake advertising

The hotel advertises having a swimming pool open from 8-22 in addition to a spa, which is why we had chosen this hotel. Not true, there is no pool. We tried to contact the hotel, to no avail—deceptive and deplorable service.

The hotel was under renovation, but that information was not shown when we booked. There should have been a charging station for EV, there wasn’t even parking. The pictures lie, everything was old and indeed in need of a renovation. The spa was the only area that didn’t disappoint, beside the fact that the “pool” in pictures is a 20cm deep jacuzzi. And it was for an additional cost. Expected something nicer for the high price we paid.

Frukosten var tyvärr inte bra under den här vistelsen. Dem håller på med renoveringen så vi fick gå till en bar i närheten för att äta. Fanns knappt sittplatser och otroligt dålig utbud på frukost. Annars var allt toppen!

Veldig vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. 20 av 10. God beliggenhet. I renoveringsperioden serveres frokost i Bishop arms og var en stor skuffelse. Frokosten ble servert langs en trang bardisk, utvalget dårlig, kaffen elendig og det var ikke hyggelig å sitte verken ute eller inne. En annen utfordring er at rommene enten har vindu (men ikke aircon), eller sentralstyrt ventilasjon (altså ikke aircon man kan styre selv og som gir luft), men ikke vinduer. Der siste var verst i varmen.
