I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is even nicer in person than it looks in the online photos. My room was spotless, comfortable, and overall perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Standard Swedish hotel with higher standards

Very central hotel with a walking distance to most touristic attractions in centrum. Lies next to the train station. Clean and comfortable and lives up to Swedish standards regarding cleanliness and style. Breakfast was good, but maybe not fantastic. Would still recommend.

The hotel was perfectly fine, good breakfast, nice touch with the heated lamps over the bread. Parking situation though is very confusing, we stood outside for over 10 minutes trying to park the car right. They do have a map at the entrance, but if you don't know that, and you're trying to park your car before going in, it's not helpful. Pillows could be upgraded to something that isn't 2 tiny flat pancakes.

Great staff who were friendly. Smaller rooms bit handy to have hot drinks in the lobby at all times as no kettle in rooms. Breakfast was great too, enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant space.

The hotel staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfect—just a few steps from Örebro Central Station, making it super easy to catch buses and trains to get around. The breakfast is excellent and delicious, and I loved that fruit-infused water, tea, and coffee are available at all times. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely choose to stay here again. Excellent service! Thank you

I didn't feel it was a four star hotel! The food was okay, the room was compact and not built as a family room. The good thing about it is that the people were helpful and very welcoming. If I was to stay there again, it would only be for one night and I wouldn't choose to pay for the breakfast.
