This 4 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers. This Villa sleeps 8 and features an open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining table has 6 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. It directly faces the ocean, allowing for unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This fun and spectacular vacation rental offers vibrant colors, playful decor, and equipped with comfortable furnishings and a colorful aquatic theme that matches the vibrant Folly Beach vacation lifestyle. The balcony provides plenty of space to sunbathe, dine, play games, read, and relax in colorful, comfortable Adirondack chairs. Two of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms. The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. 2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Needed a place to accommodate 3 couples and this fit the bill exceptionally. All bedrooms were spacious and adjoined with one of the 3 baths. Common areas had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated, clean, and plenty of space for our group of 6\. I really appreciated the level of communication from MyOceanRental, as it felt like they really cared about us having a wonderful stay. Parking, check-in was easy. Only issue we ran into was that we had to wait until exactly 4PM on check-in day for the door code to let us in, even though we’d received a text earlier in the day that our unit was ready. Aug 31, 2023 #### Fantastic balcony views of dolphin and sunshine on the ocean Very comfortable condo. with two bedrooms having their own bathroom and two bedrooms that share a bathroom, so our friends and adult children could relax. Meals together and games played filled our time when we weren't on the balcony enjoying the sunshine, dolphin watching and oceanside view. Walks on the beach, in Charleston and meals at numerous restaurants and shopping kept us entertained. The condo is conveniently located to everything and My Ocean Rental provides excellent communication with a calendar of events taking place while we are there. It was nicely equipped and the location was perfect. The only ding I can give it is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators servicing the entire complex and the wait can take several minutes. If you’re on the 4th floor, as we were, it is 58 steps which made it difficult if you had beach equipment or groceries or anything to haul. Through no fault of My Ocean Rental everything shutdown, restaurants, bars, church, beach, even the island itself. Nothing was open anywhere. This was not our first time here, in this unit, so we know how very enjoyable it is. I felt so bad for the business people. This was a fluke! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. Here’s a breakdown of our incredible experience: Location The condo's location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, we enjoyed direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters. Whether it was an early morning stroll or a sunset walk, the convenience of having the beach just steps away added so much to our stay. Accommodation The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area and the comfortable bedrooms provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning ocean views. Amenities The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. Beach gear can be rented nearby. Surroundings The surrounding area was vibrant and full of life. We found plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore.
