"Eh - close to hotel. No urgency. Didn’t answer phones. Breakfast bar was pretty sparse and awful. Staff tried, no support. They need new management. (As of June 2026)."

"The only thing we did not like was being told we needed to pay for breakfast when we had while we were getting breakfast. Also, coming back to find our windows open and smelling of smoke due to the bar smoking downstairs. Other guests were rather noisy last night and this morning. Apart from that, good location, levely amentities; easy for public transport to sightsee."

"Conveniently located at Terminal 3 of CDG airport. We needed to fly home from Terminal 1 in the morning and just took an inter-terminal tram that as free. The room is quite bare, no coffee machine or fridge, but it sufficed. The bed and the bedding were good, so was the AC, which was much needed during the heatwave."

"We booked this hotel because we had an early morning departure from CDG. I wasn’t expecting much, to be honest, but I was pleasantly surprised! It is a lovely hotel and probably has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff were so nice too! It does have a free shuttle from and to the airport but the hours are somewhat limited. There has been a big change on where you catch the shuttle and because we booked it months ago, we got wrong directions. My recommendation is to contact the hotel, before you arrive to get the correct information. It was a tad chaotic but it worked out well for us in the end. I highly recommend this hotel (but get the correct shuttle pickup area info)."

"Best place to stay at the airport. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) from Terminal 3. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and futuristic; I love how you can control every small Detail in your room with the supplied tablet. Rooms are super efficient, very clean and very comfortable bed. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were phenomenal, especially the breakfast buffet. Sooo many choices, i highly recommend it! Can’t wait to return one day!"
