"On the edge of national forest so monkey's come down now and then beautiful swim area. They are bungalows so if your looking for luxury maybe not the place but clean, cozy ,quiet , friendly close to market not far from beach this is the place 2nd time there will be a lot more i hope"

"Very well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street. "Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. "+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps. "
