"Older property but decently renovated. 30-45 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal and SeaWorld, 10 into downtown. Clean (although I agree with another review that the floors in my room blackened my socks too), safe location but traffic can get noisy facing JYP and 4, great staff, pool and breakfast were fine. Surprising plus: the WiFi had one of the strongest, most reliable signals I've ever had at a hotel. I want to add that some of these reviewers are a bit unrealistic. There are plenty of luxury hotels to choose from in and around the city and attractions, so temper your expectations accordingly: this is a budget travel motel."

"There are so many things wrong with this property. I can’t even list them all. The host was noncommunicative, couldn’t get anything resolved. The property had trash all over it. There was an old moldy trailer in the back. I think someone was living in it. There was a bug strip, hanging in the kitchen full of dead bugs. There was dirty sponges for me to use to wash dishes there was a used razor left in the shower with hair on it. There were no sheets on the beds. The TV remotes didn’t work. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. There was no remote for it. There was no storage for clothes. There was a bloody thumbprint on the cabinet in the bathroom that was left there by who knows who and the floors were so dirty. I had to wash my feet every night before I went to bed because we weren’t allowed to wear shoes at the house. The front yard literally had indoor carpeting all over it. I don’t know if it was to smother the grass or whatever but it was disgusting worst property I’ve ever been to. I left after two days, but that was because it only took me two days to get out. I had to wait because I couldn’t find someplace else and I still haven’t heard from the host. Haven’t been able to get my money back. Please do not ever go here. Vrbo should not use them."

"The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. There was no way to know what you were getting till you arrive, and we didn’t even go in the house as the area was not conducive to family stays, in my opinion. Houses boarded up next store and homes with overgrown yards and broken down boats on the street. Extremely disappointed with the property and the way it was handled ."
