Was great and had everything very convenient had more amenities in the suites then I thought.

A 3 cuadras está la Ave Robson,s, hay muchos restaurantes, comercios, mercados, se siente muy segura el área, alrededor del Hotel, hay tiendas premium, los cuartos del Hotel son amplios con muchas anenidades, excelente lugar para Hospedarse, la terminal de cruceros queda a 5 minutos caminando

We stayed on the 13'th floor directly below the bar, and it was noisy until 1 am. The rooftop bar was too full for us, so we went to the lobby bar which told us last call at 10 pm on a Saturday night. There are no ice machines: instead they deliver - that took 2 calls and 30 minutes. Storing beverages in the mini-fridge will garner a $10 charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the staff was excellent.
