"My room reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was horrible! The door would NOT close, mold on the walls, broken drain and very old. 1 of the 2 beds had a broken frame. If you sat on it you sunk almost to the floor. The mini fridge was rusty. The freezer section had no door and was full of ice and frost. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what."

"I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"

"We checked in at 830pm friday 4/1/26. The room was dirty. We bought $40 worth of cleaning supplies to make the room comfortable to stay in and safe enough to bring our belongings in. The Management and staff were inconsiderate about the cleanliness when we reported it, and would not accommodate us for the loss of our money we spent to clean the room. There was dust and hair all over. The walls near the floor were filthy. The toilet was not sturdy, it rocked ever time it was used. Like you could just lift it from the floor. The bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. The door to the room had no seal so outside activities could be heard and you could smell the use of tobacco come through the door. I will never use this motel again. Nor will I advise anyone I know to go there as well."
