"Room Type: Deluxe Studio, 4th floor (upgraded from King Studio). Not too noisy. Very good value. Nights Stayed: 6 Location: 5/5. Very close to Woden Shopping Centre (which has Coles, Woollies, Hoyts movie theatre & lots of shops) and the Hellenic Club, lots of food choices nearby. Bedroom: 4/5. Bed was firm, very comfortable. Side tables with lamps on both sides. Room very dark at night. Limited hanging storage. Had iron & (small) ironing board. Staff: 4/5. Good. Assisted with extending stay by two days. Lifts: 5/5. 3 quick lifts. Shower: 3/5. Rainfall style. Good heat but limited strength. Laundry Facilities: 3.5/5. Combined w/machine and dryer. No clothes drying rack. Kitchen: 3.5/5. Fine. Mini Fridge, oven, stove top and microwave, toaster and kettle. Half sized dishwasher. Limited cutlery. General Room Conditions: 4/5. Clean. Only two chairs, one with small coffee table, the other with desk. Airconditioning was fine. Also, Expedia site said that access to a nearby Gym (at discount) was available – this is not the case, only applies for Abode Belconnen, apparently). No. 10 Restaurant on the ground floor was fine, reasonable selection of food (I only had breakfast there). "

"Location for the hospital good. Eating venues close by, as well as on site resturant. The room was dated and the bathroom was compact but clean. There is no lift to furst and second floors."

"Well-equipped and comfortable accommodation in a quiet leafy suburb. Near walking trails. Sufficient parking for vehicle camper trailer, level no reversing required. "

"I wanted to share some general feedback from our recent stay. We enjoyed the overall space, but there were a few aspects that impacted our comfort that I thought might be helpful to pass on.Some of the amenities and furnishings could benefit from a refresh, as a few items felt a little worn or not functioning as expected. We also found that a few basic essentials weren’t available, which made the stay slightly less convenient than anticipated.There were also some animal noise-related disturbances during early mornings that we hadn’t been aware of prior to booking, which affected our sleep.All of the above has been shared with the owners in more detail, and we hope improvements will be made for future guests."

"Overall a good property for a family needing space. Communication with the host was excellent. Some pans needed an extra clean and the location was a little further out of Canberra than I expected. Stayed with my extended family and it was good. "
