"The hotel is well located, and it's generally a nice enough place. The rooftop is definitely worth checking out. Maybe it's just because it's Aspen but overall, I don't think it was a great value for the price."

They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
