"Do not stay here, the host never responded to any messages and we were unable to checkin. We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. "

"The location of this property was fantastic! We also loved the layout and the use of space, it was perfect for us and our travelers. We had a couple of concerns upon our arrival but the property manager was attentive and very responsive. We would happily have rated this property higher if it was kept up better.The property is run down and was not very clean. Everything needs to be cleaned and painted and the floor was 'replaced' at some point but needs repair as well. The kitchen was ill equiped...

"This stay was so bad my family and i left days early and we STILL have not been contacted for compensation. On arrival, the place was dirty. The floors were clearly not swept/mopped and we made sure to list that we were bringing an infant, so we couldn't even comfortably allow her to crawl around. I had to clean the bathtub because there was a huge dirt ring in it and the floor mat as well as the bath mat inside the tub were dirty and stained.
