"I enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at Kemba Live, and the location of this hotel was perfect for the venue- being just minutes away. The hotel is also convenient to OSU and Blue Jackets games. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the beds were extra comfortable. I also noticed that there were guest laundry facilities, which is something that’s been harder to find in hotels recently. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean (a lot cleaner than some recent ones we stayed at) and everything was updated. The restaurant food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. Hotel is close to everything and in an area that isn’t very busy at all, so you’re not waiting in traffic all day. I would stay here again. "

"The inn was really cute! Super clean property, comfy beds and pillows, really friendly staff, and very convenient for an informal visit to OSU and other activities we were in town for. It’s a very affordable option, and we loved that breakfast was included. Will definitely stay again!"

"We loved the ease of checking in and the news of all the freebies from the 🏠 ge breakfast buffet to an additional dinner buffet and free drinks. We didn't partake in the free popcorn, but that was also a nice surprise. The room was spacious and filled with everything we needed. Upon getting ready for bed, we noticed the sheets were dirty and called downstairs. They immediately apologized and made arrangements to switch our room and comped the parking fee to make up for the inconvenience. This was a swift, acceptable, and appreciated way to resolve the problem. The next day we used the pool area and it was spacious and clean. Overall, a great trip and all of the staff were constantly there to give help with a friendly and positive attitude that made the stay even better."

"The room was very clean. But the sink was ver slow and there wwas dirty grout around the bottom of the shower. Other than that it was very clean. "

"Place was excellent. Staff was pleasant. Airport shuttle was timely. However, poor guy behind counter seemed to be doing EVERYTHING by himself and it was rather busy, even at 4 am as I was waiting for the airport shuttle. Turns out, he even drove the shuttle. Kudos to him for working his but off, but maybe not the best guest experience for others having to wait for him. Not his fault. He was great. "
