"The photos exaggerated the condition of the hotel. Rarely would you find anyone at the front desk. Room was never serviced over 5 days stay. The elevator is in disrepair and looks dirty. Breakfast was okay. The front entrance always had people staring around during evenings. Handicap parking is not convenient."

"Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast included. Couldn’t get internet, nor TV service on the 3rd floor- had to use a hot spot so my kids could watch TV at night. "
