Includes 2 bedrooms, 1 roomy bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and large windows looking out onto the patio. Also, reliable high-speed wi-fi and satellite TV with 240+ channels, central air conditioning, and in-floor heat for the winter season.

Summer activities: Large patio with gas barbecue grill for enjoying the outdoors, walking/hiking trails right out your door, campfire pit, lakeshore and dock on Hay Lake good for canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy multiple gorgeous flower gardens, water fall, and fountain. Two adult bicycles and one kayak are available at no charge.

Winter activities: Enjoy the in-floor heat throughout the house and the gas fireplace in the living room. Also, cross-country ski and snowshoe on the property and on the lake.

Excellent location out in the country yet convenient to many area attractions including ski resorts, golf courses, Black Bear Casino w/buffet (10 miles), Jay Cooke State Park (8 miles), Cloquet (13 miles), Duluth (25 miles). Owners and their dog live in a separate apartment on the main level of the home with their own separate entrance. The only shared spaces will be the yard and the dock area. Owners are available if needed to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Garage and swimming pool use are not included with this vacation rental. This area has it all, so you can make your vacation as busy, or as quiet and relaxing as you want!
