Quaint, quiet, location location location!

Excellent in every way! Anthony (host) was outstanding, room very comfortable, breakfast was quaint and delicious, all within a short walking distance to the Le Cité!

Fabulous host, property & location. 5 minute walk to Cité Medivale to soak up the history and enjoy local treats. Anthony our guesthouse host was very helpful and friendly to our needs. Would definitely stay again Highly recommended

The property is clean and calm. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the castle. The manager, Anthony, was very polite and helpful in all our needs, even helped to fix our car. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Carcassonne. Perfect location close to the cité. Spatious and clean apartment for 4 people. Not the most modern bathroom, but great host, friendly, serviceminded, and we noticed that the careful selection of local produce for the breakfast which was greatly appreciated. Overall a very nice experience.

Spacious and convenient

Our family of 3 stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom suite with it's own patio area. It was clean and modern. The house seems to have about 5 suites, along with a number of indoor and outdoor common areas and a small pool. It is on a quiet street, but only a short walk to the Narbonne gate into the old city. Breakfast is quite good and served from 8 to 10. The proprietor was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. A great option for folks who want both space and easy access to Carcassonne old city.

We loved this place! It’s a 5-minute walk to the medieval city and a 6- min car ride to the train station. We booked the junior suite and were pleasantly surprised by a whole quiet private suite on the top level of the house, with 2 bright and spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with windows, a tub/shower, double sinks, and the toilette was in a separate space. Access to the common sitting room, an outdoor pool, and a lovely courtyard where breakfast was served. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants and baguettes, and the homegrown apricots were the best we ever tasted. The host was gracious about us storing luggage after checkout and kindly reserved a taxi for us. WiFi was a bit spotty but overall we enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend the place!

We are returning guests. Maison Mignardise is a rare gem, that we can recommend to anyone. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and well located just a few minutes' walk from the medieval city, where there are many good restaurants. In the common areas, there is a living room with balcony, with a view of the medieval city. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided (or one can purchase wine and local beer). The beds are very comfortable, the rooms seem recently renovated, the water pressure in the shower is great, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The breakfast can be enjoyed in the beautiful breakfast area, or outside in the garden adjacent to the pool. The owner is truly amazing - very attentive and caring, with an eye for details. We've traveled all over the world and have seldom seen a hotel that we truly cannot fault, and that is all thanks to the owner. We are looking forward to coming back!

Alojamento simpático

O alojamento é perto da cidade medieval, tem boas condições, limpo, a cama é confortável e tem uma boa casa de banho. Proprietário simpático e prestável. O exterior e arruamentos nas proximidades estão mal cuidados, mas pareceu-me um pouco geral a Carcassone fora da cidade medieval.

Conforme à la description, idéal pour visiter la cité très très proche disons 400m de l'entrée, pratique. calme et propre je conseil vivement. séjour avec mes petites filles, elles on adoré pas la saison pour tester la piscine....dommage !
