"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Residence L'Incanto Sorrento.The location was quiet and the views from the upper terraces were beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during our travels, and the pillows were great too. The heat worked well and was appreciated because we had some cold nights. "Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. Even if you don’t get a room with a view, they have outdoor seating with the most amazing view, and there’s beautiful live music in the evenings from 8-8:30pm. They also have their private seaside/beach area and pool open to guests—many other beaches in the area are not free, while the hotels is both private and free for guests. When we went it was nearly empty, very private, and breathtaking beauty."
