We arrived at 10.00 am via the ferry. The walk to the hotel was 10 minutes. We were greeted by reception and they were friendly and attentive. We did not have to wait for our room as it was ready . They escorted us to our room with our luggage . Our stay was one night and location was excellent as we met friends for dinner in Capri .

Rosanna was a very attentive host, quick to respond to any messages and went well out of her way to make our visit comfortable and convenient

What a lovely place! It lived up to every photo and description. All the glowing reviews are absolutely correct. Everything is top-notch - location, bed, shower, breakfast, decor. (And I can usually find something on which to suggest an improvement!)

The hotel was situated in a very central desirable location. The breakfast was prepared with care and had something to fit everyone’s needs. The art work and gorgeous details were stunning. In my opinion this is the very best location in all of Sorrento. Overlooking the central square, above an excellent restaurant, and a 5 minute walk from everything including the train station. Amazing property. We have stayed at another five star property in Sorrento. It was sold out. I remember walking by Ara Maris. Happy we booked with this hotel. Location was walkable, quiet, clean our room had a very large balcony. More of a modern hotel. Gym was new and very clean. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend! Have fun!

This is a lovely hotel, a cool, calm oasis from the heat and noise of the piazza. The room felt serene with the high ceiling and soft colour scheme. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location right beside the Duomo, I highly recommend staying here.

I chose this hotel as part of my 50th birthday trip. I could not have asked for anything more divine. I loved my birthday dinner at Bosquet. The service was impeccable.
