"The hotel isn't terrible, but it's showing its age and wear and it doesn't seem well managed. We were there for 2 nights and their housekeeping said they service rooms every other day for anyone staying more than 3 nights. But our room was still not cleaned or tidied despite being there for only 2 days. For the cost (one of the more expensive hotels in the area), I would expect to at least get fresh water bottles and garbage taken out. On top of that, the "luxury" aspect is questionable. The towels were threadbare and stiff and the toiletries non-existent. Most higher end hotels at least offer q-tips or similar little sets of these types of things but we barely had kleenex. I wouldn't stay again and I'd suggest looking at newer hotels with nicer amenities. The breakfast with the governor's pass was basically what you get at a Days Inn, truly nothing good. "

"Everything was as it should have been. Check in and out was friendly and efficient. My stay was only 1 night so we did not have the opportunity to utilize most of the extras the hotel offers. I would stay here again. "
