The hotel was clean and safe. The rooms were very comfortable. I was really happy that I paid for a superior room with the dual sliding glass doors. Staying in the middle of summer and having no AC didn't bother me one bit. We could open the doors and get a nice breeze in. The separate toilet from the shower is brilliant. The breakfast was delicious. All the employees are super friendly. I will definitely be back! NOTE!! THERE IS NO WORKING AIR CON. Upgrade to a superior room and open the windows.

Air Conditioning Broken

The air-conditioning system was broken. It was a hot day - 31 degrees and we could not get the temperature down below 27 degrees C. We asked for assistance and were told we would be helped but help never came. The next morning when we mentioned that nobody came to assist us - the response was oh - sorry about that. We will not be staying at this hotel again nor will we recommend it - very disappointing.

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per ben 6 notti, all'arrivo alle 13.15 ci comunicano che il check in era possibile solo a partire dalle 14.00, dico nessun problema e mi reco a pranzo nel ristorante della struttura. Alle ore 14.30 mi reco di nuovo in reception e mi comunicano che la stanza non è ancora pronta perchè l'addetta delle pulizie non era passata quel giorno, inoltre mi comunicano che l'area condizionata è fuori servizio cosa non piacevole nel caldo di gennaio. Armati di pazienza aspettiamo fino alle 15.30 quando finalmente ci fanno entrare in stanza. Stanza discreta, ma con la scomodità del water in un rispostigli separato dal resto del bagno, quindi con la scomodità di dover fare la spola nelle due stanzette per sciacquarsi le mani. Luci assolutamente scarse, sapone per le mani inesistente abbiamo dovuto chiederlo e ci hanno dato una saponetta. Durante il soggiorno le pulizie sono scarse e approssimate, in un paio di occasioni non ci hanno messo le asciugamani, mai il sapone e per di più le pulizie non erano il top. il caldo durante il giorno si faceva sentire, e alla fine ci hanno dato un ventilatore alle nostre proteste. Ad ogni modo il momento peggiore è stato l'ultimo giorno, quando ad una coppia che era li con noi (anzi loro erano arrivati anche 2 gg primi) sono sparite 150 € dalla cassaforte dell'albergo ovviamente inutili le proteste e la denuncia alle autorità. E' chiaro che non può che essere stato qualcuno del personale che ha utilizzato le chiavi di scorta..
