Observatory’s luxury Paragon block of apartments places guests a convenient distance from a range of attractions and only a short distance from the City Centre of the beautiful Mother City. Boasting 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and contemporary open-plan living areas, guests will be able to come and go comfortably throughout their stay. A compact - but fully equipped - kitchen features all the necessary appliances for self-catering, including island seating providing a cosy breakfast nook. The lounge features a beautiful leather sofa, a flat-screen TV and sliding doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of Observatory’s city streets below. Each of the 2 bedrooms boasts a queen bed and a large window for ample natural light. Both bathrooms feature a shower, toilet and single sink; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Communal areas at The Paragon make entertaining a breeze! Guests can enjoy the BBQ facilities, rustic dining areas, and rooftop splash pool and undercover deck showcasing stunning views of the city and Signal Hill. Paragon also features a communal gym and spacious clubhouse for absolute comfort and convenience. The famous V&A Waterfront is located only 9 km’s away from this trendy apartment, while the Cape Town International Airport is just a 15 km drive away. The nearest shopping centre, St Peters Square, is a brisk walk from The Paragon building and the vibrant Observatory suburb is one of eclectic nightlife and excitement. Whether travelling for leisure or business, The Paragon provides guests with all they need for an unforgettable trip. For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
