The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had arrived several hours before the 4pm check in time due to a very early flight. The front desk person very kindly upgraded us to an available room so we were not stranded with our luggage for the bulk of the day. A few sites list their shuttle to cruise ports as being free, but that's not the case. It's $10 per person, and you have to book online with a CC. The front desk cannot book for you.

The rooms were clean everything in side the hotel was spotless, breakfast was ready and plenty of food for everyone, from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping everyone on the team was amazing. Loved the outdoor pool and bar. We will tell everyone about this place.

I arrived at the hotel early due to my flight schedule, but I was so happy to be able to check in early thanks to the kind staff. My kids love the outdoor swimming pool so much that I feel good too. The room was also very clean and nice.

Great sized units (we had a two bedroom) well equipped with anything you might need. Lots of activities on the resort for kids and nice to have access to free beach chairs, umbrellas etc when many other hotels charge extra. I would highly recommend!!
