« The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. Please note the pictures in this post advertise a cleaner and more polished decor than what we arrived to. There were extra pillows, which we would have used except there were...
