"Le service pour le nettoyage des chambres est à revoir ainsi que les abords des chambres. Certains membres du personnel à la reception devrait etre formés à l'accueil de la clientele. Je viens depuis de nombreuses annees dans cet hotel et à chaque fois je vois qu'il decline , sevice, petit dejeuner etc .... c'etait excellent c'est devenu moyen. "
