« We used this location to gather with some friends from all over. The photos on the listing do not do justice to how beautiful and secluded this space is. The lake had very little traffic on it. We had great success fishing, and lots of fun tooling around in the pontoon boat. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. 100% would book a stay here again. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our time was here. »

« Tiny House is exactly what it is, it was perfect for what we needed and affordable. All the hotel chains in the area are outrageously over priced all the time. This rental is perfect for a couple or single person staying a night or two. Its an all open floor space, double bed is a fotone & queen bed was up on a loft. 3 of us with a dog stayed 1 night, my 17 year old was the better option to climb up to queen bed, my husband and i stayed on the couch bed and our 50lb dog laid on his dog bed...

« It was a perfect stay for 4 family members attending our daughter’s SLU graduation! The fresh eggs from their chickens was a nice bonus, along with breakfast items given to us to prepare. The goats, chickens, and cats were fun to admire, especially the kitty named Zero! We wanted to take him home. There is plenty of space. My husband and I gave my sister and brother in law the bedroom and we sleep on the sofa that sections into a bed. I brought a blowup mattress in case, but the sofa bed worked...

« The house had everything we needed, downstairs very open. The stairs were steep and narrow, wasn't an issue for us but maybe for others. Took a minute to figure out the light switches. They had a few toys for our baby -9 mos- to play with, was nice. The neighbourhood was not what we expected, but had no issues. There was a previous comment about it looking "hood" I wouldn't say Hood just older houses on a river, that are their homes not vacationed lodging. Overall it was nice, clean, and quiet....

« We stayed at this magnificent River house for a long weekend while attending my daughter's college graduation in Potsdam. Absolutely pristine area, well kept house with all the bells and whistles. We lacked nothing. On the river, which is a beautiful backdrop to this home. Very, very relaxing, and you wont be disappointed. »

« We had a fabulous time at Breezy Retreat! It was a cozy cottage on a bay with a fantastic view of Black Lake. The cottage was very clean and supplied everything we could have possibly needed. We appreciated the a/c units with the temps in the 80's. Also, it was nice to know there was a backup generator. We appreciated the history of the cottage. « Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam. »
