"Staying first floor directly beside the construction wasn’t ideal for us staying a week. Booking that room out would be more suited for a couple of days only. Thought should be realised before allocating us that room and future bookings for a week stay. Otherwise okay."

"Very comfortable standard suite with bath that my partner was very happy about. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They swapped out the non-functional coffee machine and reconnected the bedroom TV. Parking was convenient, dining area was expansive and comfortable. Didn’t get to use the spa/gym facilities."

"The key/lock system works well once a lady from the bar explained that the combination was for the room not the building. Reception was closed when I arrived after 9.00pm. Fortunately I had little luggage and my room was only a few steps up, there's no lift. I heard one guest coming down complaining about no lift. He had two large suitcases. It was clean, I even did a bit of yoga on the floor. It was so nice to have a balcony on which I sunbaked in the late afternoon. The shower was terrific. Reception was helpful ordering my Uber as the acyual pickup address was different. A good stay in all."

"This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!"
