"It is not fancy and the television wasn't working the first night, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the views were stunning. We had a really yummy traditional breakfast for only $10 a plate which was our cheapest meal of the trip. We aren't picky We were just happy to be in Alaska "

"Good communication with host. Updated property with great location on the river. Good area and space inside and out. The whole town lost power the first night and the host was able to be super helpful and even moved us to a different cabin that had a generator. Would highly recommend to family and friends. "

I would 100% go back and stay here again. The only thing I would have liked would be if the bed in the back bedroom was more comfortable, but I am spoiled with a good mattress at home and do tend to have a hard time sleeping comfortably anywhere we go so it might not seem that bad to others.
