"Staff were excellent. Dining options in the buffet all good, nice range of options. Definite family hotel, but not too loud or crazy. Pool area good, beach very near, warm and calm. Not much around the hotel, but it didn't matter. Really friendly, and thoughtfully set up hotel. Would definitely consider for a relaxing week. "

"The hotel is really well located for the local beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff are all helpful (the activity organiser works especially hard) and the property is kept in good condition and clean. The pools are also great for young children. The only negative is as other guests have said, there is no sound proofing in the rooms and so you can easily hear your noisy neighbours, the bins being collected or the evening entertainment (wherever your room may be), although the entertainment does stop reasonably early. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Cala D’Or and so would recommend "

"This is a lovely spacious complex, nice grounds, nice big pool. Food pretty standard but nicefresh fish and meat and nice eggs and omeletes for breakfast. Rooms are much better than the reviews say, and staff v friendly. The only reason we probably wouldnt go back is the way all the sunbeds are reserved at 9am and if you dont join them in reserving some you wont have a sunbed all day. It was very annoying!"
