"when we arrived to the room notice the following : 1- AC is not working , that took 2 hours to fix 2- Towels were not enough that they brought quickly 3- phone is not working and it stay that way until we left 4- try to use the safe , its not working and apparently there is charge to use it 30 euro ..."
