"I left the property after staying only a few hours. I arrived late due to an accident and the staff was nonchalant and we couldn’t understand anything she said. The property was dated with mildew smell when we entered the room. Sink was stopped up, shower was broken and carpet has an awful odor. No micro refrigerator. We left knowing that we had paid for an additional two days and didn’t care that we would lose the money. We were there to vacation and wanted a NICE place to stay and that definitely was not it. Manager stated that because I booked through third party and had paid for what I thought was incidental that I wouldn’t get my money back and it wasn’t her problem."

"Didn’t have a good time Nina have spoons and forks and stuff out. You have to ask them for everything and very rude for them to keep checking your room to see if you’re eligible to eat. I’ve never been to a hotel like that went to eat with my kids and they told me that my husband couldn’t come back to eat because we already ate. "
