"Pear Tree Cabin is very clean and well presented. Nice to have welcome items of milk,bread,eggs,jam and butter. Bed is very comfortable.Bathroom is lovely,shower is fantastic.Kitchen is equipped enough for a short break.There is no oven and if you stayed for a week you might miss this but personally we ate out so not bothered by this.Very secure behind gates which is nice and directions were all straight forward to find the property. "3 generations of our family stayed here to celebrate my mums birthday and it was perfect. The house was full of character and brilliantly appointed with everything we could have needed. The garden was huge and my nieces loved rolling down the slope at the end. Beaulieu is a great location both as somewhere to visit itself but also as a base to explore from. We're already talking about when we might go back!"

"Great location. Accommodation comfortable, though in need of some TLC. Well equipped kitchen for our party - more would struggle with small fridge. Bedrooms very crowded with too many beds (rental only possible for 8), also dark and felt rather damp due to being at the rear of the property under very large, dark cypress trees. Location made this rental. Rather pricey for obvious reasons!"
