This large property was perfect for our sibling reunion (group of 7). Loved the number of bedrooms to choose from, each with their own ensuite. Linens and beds were lovely. The common living spaces were wonderful including great wrap-around porch seating. Lots of extras provided in the kitchen, fridge and walk-in pantry including ample dishes and glassware. Ocean Views are seen from the second level bedroom windows. The basement level sleeps 4 in one room. The remainder of the basement appears to be in the process of updates. The house is super clean with all the necessities! Spacious is the word to describe our kitchen, common areas, bedrooms and the wrap around porch. Pantry and refrigerator had the basics to start our trip. Convient to the Cabot courses and other nearby golf courses.
