We ate in the restaurant and the staff couldn’t be faulted and were very attentive and helpful. This hotel was outstanding from the beauty of the building and it's surroundings and the great internal decor and artifacts. With the history maintained while at the same time making it modern and comfortable. Staff were absolutely great, friendly and attentive and made sure our stay was all it could be! There is plenty of parking but I didn't require this. Breakfast was great with a good self service continental selection plus a decent cooked breakfast served to the table. My only note to the hotel for improvement is to change the sausages used, but this could simply be my preference as the current ones used are good. In addition the price for including breakfast on your booking is very reasonable unlike some hotels including the so called budget chains! There was some confusion over our booking, and Nathan sorted it out quickly and proffesionally. We had a fabulouse stay, and will defnatly return.
