Historic Apartment in Bristol R.I.

  • Spacious two bedroom, two bath, first floor residence in a colonial house. Offstreet parking. Located within easy walking distance to downtown Bristol's restaurants, shops and waterfront. This house is an historic experience with a beautiful kitchen, cozy fireplace and centuries old timber beams and central air conditioning.
    The space
    Ground floor apartment, accessed from the foyer. One enters the apartment into the living area and dining area. There are two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The living area and kitchen are open plan around the old fireplace and breakfast bar.…very cozy. There is an old farmhouse kitchen table for company to gather around whilst cooking or chatting. Off the kitchen is beautiful deck leading to a large backyard.
