"The front desk staff was impolite and unhelpful. We were assured that our laundry would be ready by checkout time, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. This caused a great deal of unnecessary stress for our family, as we were traveling and needed to leave promptly to catch a flight. The bathroom also did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as we found hair in the shower upon arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unhelpful service made our stay disappointing."
