"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services....
