This 100 m² apartment spans two floors in a half-timbered house with other units, located on the outskirts of Wüsting in the municipality of Hude. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it offers 2 bedrooms, an open sleeping area, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub, and sauna (sauna use is available for an extra fee). On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with underfloor heating and a cozy fireplace room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace, natural stone floors, oak wood flooring, and a private entrance.



Enjoy your own terrace with garden views and explore various garden areas on the 5,000 m² property. The nearby forest (300 m) is perfect for relaxing walks. The house is quiet and close to nature, just 12 km from Oldenburg and Hude. Shops, supermarket, bakery, and restaurant are 2 km away in Wüsting.



A shared parking area and an e-charging station are available. Pets are welcome; please note a friendly farm dog greets guests, so dominant male dogs or females in heat are not suitable. Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or on sofas; you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Events are not permitted.



The hosts live on the property but not in the rented house. In this rural setting, seasonal sounds from gardening and farm work may occur. Waste separation is mandatory, and street shoes are not allowed in the stairwell and upstairs. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner can be used by arrangement. A high chair is provided.
