Find sunlight, scenery, and a host of wonderful amenities at this Main Street Station condo, beautifully situated mere steps from the base of Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Be among the first on the QuickSilver Super Chair each morning, and be greeted back at home by a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. Ski valet is also available for Main Street Station guests. This condo sits on the third floor of Main Street Station, where it boasts lovely views of the surrounding town and peaks. Bring cold drinks out to the balcony on summer afternoons, and spend winter evenings streaming movies by the gas fireplace. Bonus features include a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, a second TV in the bedroom, and a private washer/dryer. Main Street Station is the perfect blend of luxury and location, with the foot of Peak 9 a quarter-mile stroll from your front door and Main Street at your back. On the other side of Maggie Pond, the QuickSilver Super Chair connects you to Breck's 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques. Come summer, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, paddleboard, or take out a boat. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This condo is comfortable and located near Breckenridge Main St, so close to restaurants, shopping, etc. You can park here and walk to anything! Only gotcha is that it's a bit noisy when windows are open for cooling. The condo has cooking basics if you want to eat in, and the TV and Wifi worked great.
