We are a family of six (four kids in their 20’s). We all thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable mountain retreat!!! Every creature comfort, great location with incredible views, easy walk or shuttle to downtown Breck. Would definitely recommend and will return again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy townhouse in Breckenridge! The location was perfect—just minutes from the slopes/trails and downtown, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a comfy fireplace for relaxing after a day of adventure. Waking up to mountain views and ending the day in the hot tub was pure bliss. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Experience

My wife and I had such a wonderful time here. Not a single restaurant we went to all week was more than a 5 minute drive. Plus being able to clip into skis and be on the lift was perfect. The trail to get back to the unit can be a bit slow but we came back each day for lunch and were able to get right back on the slopes. Management is quick to respond and very helpful. Will absolutely look to stay again in the future.

It was the perfect spot for our family of four and two friends. Once we got there the only time we left was to ski. We loved the ski in and ski out location and the sitting in the hot tub while watching the skiers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoyed every minute.

Great Location

Our family of six-sons and daughters-in-law-agreed this is our favorite places we’ve stayed in. True ski in ski out. Great location. You can definitely walk into the center of downtown. Although the walk up is not as easy as the walk down . The house was better than expected. Each couple had their own space. Very clean. Management company responded very quickly with any questions we had. Our only complaint was we needed more lights! So, yes, it’s that great of a place when all we wanted was more lights! We will definitely book again.

Wonderful place, location, and value

Everything was as described. Check in was a breeze, and everything that the host said would be there was there. Space well reflected in the pictures. Pros:- Location- spacious for value- parking is heated - made exit easy to have everything dry and melted off- kitchen and living space were ideal for groups to hang out togetherThings to be aware of:- the heater does make some light noises when running during the night. I used a white noise machine and fan and didnt notice after that. - the ski-out part is flawless and easy. It is also ski-in but I would suggest you carry some speed through the catwalk onto the snowflake run, otherwise you’ll be pole pushing or ski skating for a couple hundred yards. Maybe it has more slope later in winter. Still well worth it just wish someone had said that on comments!I’m sure I could find more things to list if I were looking for issues but we didn’t have any so just a big thank you for the hospitality and communication.

We had a great experience and enjoyed a high quality family time. True ski in, not so much ski out. It requires some exercise to be back to the house through snowflake trail (catwalk), but it is a great property and the lift runs a few yards from the house. We will definitely recommend it and surely will rent it again. The rental company staff is 5 stars.

Ski to/from the garage!

Lots of "ski in ski out" really means a long trek in ski boots to and from a lift, but his house is literally on the run. Could not be more convenient at the beginning and end of the day, and for a quick lunch stop at home too. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking all of our meals and there was a generous supply of towels for bathrooms and hot tub. We've rented a number of homes in Breck and our family agreed unanimously that this was the best. We'll be back!

Great Ski in Ski out

This is our second stay in this neighborhood and it is a great place. We enjoyed the direct access to snowflake run out the back door and we would ski out every morning to snowflake lift down the hill. The house is stocked with everything you need for cooking, bedding and bathing. We never ran out of supplies. Given it is less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street you can’t beat that convenience and you can easily walk to Main Street too. We definitely plan to stay again.

Exceptional breckenridge home/location

Looking for a home to fit 6 -8 people, located within walking distance of mining town breckenridge, ski in out within 100 yds of a lift, in an exclusive neighborhood overlooking the mountains? I thought so. Look no further than this place. A garage for the vehicle/ a grill on the deck/ a private hot tub / Ive been visiting breck for 25 years. My family has grown and we need space and location. Come stay here and have no regrets.

Spacious place for 8!

The property and location were great. However, there are some minor improvements that could be made to make the stay even better. There are no chairs on the main floor on the patio and should be so people can sit and mingle. Also, we couldn't find an ironing board, no indoor broom/dust pan, no mop - basic cleaning supplies that we think should be available for a week long stay. Thanks.

Wonderful property!

What a fantastic property! Literally right on the trail, for super easy ski in ski out access. The property managers couldn’t have been nicer - very responsive and proactive with texts, with updates, etc. House was very clean, and the heated floors were a lovely touch! Short walk to the free bus to Main Street. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and the place was the perfect size. Will definitely be back!

Breckenridge 2021 Family vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the property, the beautiful Mountain View’s, the proximity to Snowflake Chair Lift, and the well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, crock pots, and cleaning materials. We enjoyed gathering at the table for meals and relaxing in the living room yet everyone had their space when needed. We were thankful for a vehicle with 4WD since the roads were snow /ice-covered and it was a long walk to Main Street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the relaxing hot tubs was utilized daily after the slopes! We will be back!

Great place, excellent customer service

We loved our stay here. The run back to the place was closed so it wasn't quite the ski in and ski out we had hoped for but we probably should've checked that before going. Either way though, we loved the place. The townhouse has 3 stories so it was spaced out enough to feel like we could have our privacy when we wanted it. The rental place was very communicative and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

Good house, great location, needs some love

The house is lovely, with plenty of space to spread out for our family of six plus one extra. Beds comfortable (firm). Deck with grill functional (although small & no where to sit). Loved the hot tub. A number of (minor) maintenance issues need to be addressed, for example the shower door in the master bath does not stay closed (needs new latch), and the ceiling fan in bunk bed room extremely unstable (seems unsafe). Most annoying trait - a big triangular window in the master bedroom with no blinds, meaning full sunshine VERY early in the morning. Beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to Sawmill Trail. 5min walk to FREE shuttle stop. 15min walk to "town" - all downhill (can take shuttle back up). Overall would recommend this place, but with these prices there should not be any outstanding maintenance issues IMO.

Great family vacation

The ski in ski out was accurately described...although Peak 8 was a bit harder for our beginners to get back. The layout of the home is great as everyone had their own 'space' but we were still able to be together. All the kitchen necessities were there for cooking (pots/pans etc.). If you're traveling with 6+ you will need additional supplies if cooking (paper plates/napkins/ziplocs etc.). They made check in and check out easy for us and the location was super convenient to free shuttle stop to down town or wherever you wanted to go.
