The rest of Breckenridge Ski Resort is about two miles away, home to five different peaks, lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. Breckenridge Nordic Center is less than two miles away, offering cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and a free hiking trail in the warmer months. In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and so much more. The condo is also just one mile from Main Street, which is lined with excellent restaurants, boutiques, and breweries. Bringing your kids along? Be sure to visit the Breckenridge Fairy Forest, a nearby hiking area and ongoing art project designed to delight. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. This is the second time we've stayed in this unit and thoroughly enjoyed it again. The condo backs up to to the mountain's trail system for easy access to walking/hiking, but is also a fairly easy walk into town. My daughter and her friend loved having so many sleeping choices in the loft. Also, pleasant view from the deck. This condo was very clean and in a great location. It is an actual ski in/out on the 4 O'clock run. Just ski down approximately 300 yards, cross the street, get right on the Snowflake lift. The location of this condo was great! We were able to jump on Four O’Clock by just taking a quick elevator ride to first floor. The condo slept all 8 of us very comfortably. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper for the week! We could tell this property has been rented a lot. There was a lot of wear and tear across the whole place. The dryer is a bit tricky and may be clogged somewhere. We ended up having to turn it on four times to get our clothes completely dry.
