Come see what we mean here at Nautical Nest on Taneycomo, located right along the shores of the river to provide a tranquil escape that you perhaps didn’t quite expect out of this action-packed destination.  
  
The Space:  
Located within the popular Fall Creek community, this 2-bedroom condo places you within mere minutes from Table Rock Lake, just moments from all the water-themed activities your heart desires from fishing to paddling to sunset cruises along the winding waterways and so much more. Venturing north will have you embarking on an adrenaline-fueled adventure at Silver Dollar City, where thrilling rides, live demonstrations, and artisan crafts await. Downtown Branson and Branson Landing are a 15-minute drive away, jam-packed with a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions to suit anyone’s desires. If you’ve brought your golf clubs along, just wait until you see the variety of surrounding championship golf courses available beginning with Point Royale, right next door to the community.  
  
Begin your mornings out on the home’s spacious balcony, enjoying your fresh cup of coffee with breakfast while you soak up the sights and sounds of the gently flowing river. As you head indoors to get ready for the day, take in the soaring vaulted ceilings, enhancing the openness of the main area as well as the abundance of natural light. A comfortable sofa allows you to unwind after busy days exploring, settling in to stream all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all mealtime endeavors whether you prefer to prepare homecooked meals or simply unpack takeout from a local restaurant. The circular dining table keeps you well connected during mealtime, seating 4 for snacks and formal meals alike.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 is a loft bedroom that includes 2 twin size beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in unit upon arrival.  
• This is a 3rd floor, walk-up unit with 32 steps required for entry.

Less than 6 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.  
  
This enviable location also puts you under 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
