We have stayed at Point Royale several times but this was by far our favorite condo. It was bigger than we expected and very clean. We were very pleased with the supplies in the kitchen, we were able to prepare several meals with no problems. We were surprised to find a rollaway bed which ended up being perfect for my child that didn't want to share a bed with their sibling and then we didn't have to move furniture to pull out the sleeper sofa. Pointe Royal is in a great area, easy acess to all areas of Branson. Overall the place was pretty clean. Only one issue we had during our stay which was with the A/C. The A/C worked fine but there is a rumbling sound in the fan. The cozy condo was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 2 teens. We didn’t get much time in the condo because we were there for a competition. But this condo provided a very spacious and clean place for us to rest and get ready. The host provided great details of the property and full detailed information for checking in and checking out.
