Easy check in, room in good condition, premises were quiet as we’d hoped. However, the blanket provided on the beds was so irritating that we had to remove it. We tried to increase the heat to make up for no blanket but we’re unsuccessful. A rough night with little sleep.

All in all, we had a nice stay. Friendly people, good room, quiet. Regular breakfast, filled the gap, so to speak. Just felt slightly uneasy about the parking. Traveling across provinces, so much in the vehicle. Just uneasy a bit. Turned out well. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Very nice steak house down the road. We were travelling with an EV and were able to get a good charge there. Room/bed were comfortable. Staff was nice and accomodating.

It was a good stay. Everything went fine. Only issues as breakfast this morning. Were there shortly after 8 am. No yogurt left. Not alot of bread products left. Area needed cleaning. No staff cane around the 20 minutes we were there.

The hotel on the outside looks modern and very clean. Parking lot was full so a bit hard to find a spot, but it was on the weekend. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and neat and all the furnishing looked modern and up to date. Didn't like having the sink outside the bathroom - its noisy to use when others are sleeping. King bed was comfy but the pillows had no give to them, which made sleeping uncomfortable as they forced our heads up awkwardly. The noise was also an issue, both outside our door and from the floor above us. The gap between the door and floor is significant letting in all the noises from the hallway. The floor above us creaked when the people in it walked around. We weren't up in time for breakfast so can't comment on that. Price was good and staff were great, so we might stay there again, but we'd bring our own pillows and ear plugs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and property were clean. Breakfast was chaotic and mostly everything was gone. Royal Winter fair and spring break -- they could have planned a bit better for that

I have stayed at this location for many years. Staff is Friendly, Rooms always clean. Since they built the extension, the Parking is Horrible.. The room i was in has a leaking seal on the Window, so the glass is extremely Foggy and not easy to see out.. This is a Top Tier property in Brandon for the price, I guess I expect a little more..

I have stayed many times over the years. It has always been a good place to stay. My only gripe with this trip is the mattress. One half of the mattress is desperately calling it's retirement. I wiill inform the front desk. The breakfast area is very tidy with many options for food.

Older hotel but clean. The beds are comfy. The breakfast was good. Has 2 waffle irons! Only downfall for me was I couldn’t eat anything but boiled eggs. Does not have gluten free options. Front Desk staff was great!

It was very expensive for a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom sink was in main area so that was annoying when one of us was trying to get ready at 7am and the other one of us was trying to sleep. Nothing around it in terms of food, had to drive for selection. Fridge made a terrible humming noise all night long…
