"First of all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all levels. At the very top of all the world wide hotels we have visited! EVERYONE went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of! The room was modern and very clean and was cleaned well daily. The location, for us, was perfect. Hockey game one night, hockey HOF the next day. Also close to great resturants. As an aside, we left our passports there when we checked out. The mgt. team and staff took great care in locating and returning them to us. Thank you again!"

"Had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto for business over the past week. My first time in Toronto which in itself is an absolutely beautifil city with much to explore. The Fairmont is located in a perfect position and gives close access to Union station, CN tower and a short walk to St Lawrence markets and CP Toronto Eaten Centre shopping centre. Also provides direct access to the PATH, an amazing underground network of shopping centre and eateries. The Fairmont Royal York feels like you are staying in a luxury hotel fit for royality. Beautiful historical buildings, rich interior, fantastic bars and facilities. Professional and helpful staff. If I ever go back to Toronto I will have no hestiation in booking at the Fairmont again."

"Room was cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. Continental breakfast was a variety to choose from. The entrance & reception area needs to be frequently vacuumed and freshen the air, as there was not a nice smell, especially upon entrance.....everything else was great."
