Gulf Coast Florida Properties would like to introduce the latest addition to our portfolio of vacation homes.

Total Area: 3,957 Sqft / 368 SqM  
  
Beautiful spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath plus office pool and spa home with fantastic lake and golf view. Home is located in the prestigious gated golf community - River Strand Golf & Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. Very well maintained, with amazing upgrades, fully furnished and fully equipped lovely home is facing to large lake and golf course. Simply an entertainers delight, the hosts will enjoy a large eat-in kitchen with an aquarium window and breakfast bar overlooking the spacious open great room. The owner's suite continues to impress with large walk-in, spa-like en-suite, a separate sitting area and private lanai access plus three good sized guest bedrooms and 2 guest baths offer so much space for friends and family., and a office/ den on the front of the home is perfect as an office. All this and a large sitting and dining area, the list goes on and on. Three sets of sliders lead to your private extended custom screened lanai, giving you ample choices to enjoy the vistas from so many areas of the home. Enjoy entertaining on pool side or in your Jacuzzi, lush landscaping, views of the lake and golf. The home also includes a spacious 3-car garage and laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. The home is located just a minutes by car or golf cart from Main Golf Clubhouse with fully equipped fitness, gourmet restaurant, main pool with tiki bar and 9 tennis courts.  
  
River Strand is a private community with 24/7 security. The 27-hole championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways. The club also offers eight lit, Har-Tru tennis courts with on-site tennis pro shop; Pickle Ball, multiple pools, two modern fitness centers. A beautiful 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan-inspired main clubhouse offering casual and fine dining, a bar and grill room, billiard room, card room, conference room, golf pro shop, resort style pool with "sand" beach and tiki bar. River Strand has magnificently landscaped grounds with running and biking trails.  
The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.  
  
Golf membership can be transfer for one month stay or longer and cost $573.00. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

Non smoking.  
Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar - during restaurant reconstruction (May 1 - Dec 31, 2025), tenant dont have to spend anything.  
Owner prefer full month rent during season (January - March).  
Pool/Spa heating is available.  
Electricity consumption above the limit 350 kWh per week. The rate for consumption over this limit is $0,15/kWh  
Kids playpen and chair – on the request.  
By the community rules each tenant have to sign Lease agreement and Community rules.  
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.

Information for clients who want to book May 1 - December 31, 2025: the main clubhouse building will be undergoing renovations from May 1 - Dec 31, 2025. The restaurant and TIKY bar will be closed, refreshments will be provided by a food truck with limited options. Tenants don't have to spend any food minimum in this time. All other amenities (gyms, pickleball, tennis, pools, golf) will operate without restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
