Bedding was some of the most comfortable we have experienced in a rental house. Several stories so expect to climb stairs, would not suggest for elderly that might struggle with stairs. Trail is off to the rear of the property, very convenient. Trail takes you to the river, which some of our party enjoyed for fly fishing. Secluded spot for some fishing was nice.
