Perfect size and location

My stay here was very pleasant. The location was great, not too far from Pearl St. and close to many grocery stores and hiking spots. The check in and out process was super easy, and the host was very good about making sure I had everything I needed. I definitely recommend for anyone visiting Boulder!

Great place, comfy beds

The only thing that I would have liked, and that I didn’t realize it was going to be so much of a problem from the pictures, was there really was no place to sit together and watch TV in the evenings or have our daughter and her boyfriend over to hang out. Beautiful property loved everything that is my only comment that someone should be aware of when booking.

Awesome place 2 miles from CU campus!

My daughter and I stayed here and it was fantastic. Easy check in process and plenty of room for more than 2. A bottle of wine, bowl of fruit, cheese, crackers, and other goodies/snacks awaited us. That was so awesome and not expected. 2 bedrooms with power strips so no issues with plugging in laptops, phone charges, etc. Place was clean and really had a ‘fell like home vibe’. Separate kitchen area, large bathroom, 2 bedrooms so we were never bumping into each other. Our host Carla, was very communicative, letting us know all we needed and was easy to reach. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Host

Comfy place, lots of room, great neighborhood close to downtown Boulder. Greatly enjoyed our stay and Carla was extremely accomodating and quick to respond to our questions. Hope to be back in the next year or two.

Check in was super easy. Carla was so thoughtful to have snacks available - really appreciated the fruit and cheese after a long day of travel. Felt like she wanted you to be comfortable and welcome. Neighborhood was charming and quiet. Easy and lovely walk to Lucky’s grocery as well as Wonderland Lake.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood

Clean, well maintained, and peaceful apartment a 5-10 minute drive from anywhere in Boulder. Carla also keeps the apartment well stocked with anything you need for cooking, as well as little welcome snacks and drinks! We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again.

A nice little place in a beautiful neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this little basement apartment! We were pleased to find fruit, snacks and water waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen serviceable and well-stocked though very small, and the bathroom was generously sized. The place is a bit dark as it is mostly below ground, but there were lights distributed throughout so it wasn’t an issue. Though there was a very faint musty smell when we first arrived, we did not notice it later although we were in and out frequently. The water pressure in the shower is a tad low but acceptable. Every day we took a beautiful 15-min walk to a nearby center with an excellent breakfast place, amazing pastries, and a grocery store. Wonder Lake is very near that center and provides gorgeous views and a pleasant walk. The drive to Pearl Street Mall and other Boulder locations was direct and quick, and the area is just beautiful. Happy to recommend this place!

Pleasant stay, great location.

Best thing was that host ensured all the details, including a bottle of wine. Great shower. Real bar of soap! Great TV. Everything needed in the kitchen. Room to spread out. Nicest neighborhood we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO.

Nice location, comfy beds, nice shower and they allow dogs--we had ours along for this trip. Messaged Carla at one point as we were leaving our giant puppy in his crate to go out to dinner and anticipated him barking a bit and she was totally ok with that, which was awesome. Carpets and rugs are very dirty (I'm sure because they allow dogs). Cobwebs in room corners. Would suggest removing carpet and replacing with hard flooring, using only easy to launder rugs.

Pretty, clean, nicely furnished basement apartment in lovely, quiet Boulder neighborhood. Great access to downtown and local hiking. Most comfortable bed I’ve had at VBRO. Would definitely stayed here again. The snacks left for is were especially nice touch and greatly appreciated, especially the English muffins for breakfast.

It is located in a lovely neighborhood in a great location. It is furnished nicely, with everything I needed. I really appreciated the hiking trail and other books and maps to refer to. Winter visit to Boulder

The nicely decorated apartment was in a lovely neighborhood. I visted during a storm, and was nice and toasty. The yard was awesome for my two pups also. Thank you Carla for being responsive to all my requests in such a timely manner!

This property was well located and the host was responsive. The apartment was sadly awkward and noisy from above. There was no comfortable common areas. Close to Lucky’s which was delicious. Bunnys and deer in the front yard. Great for two people!

Quiet neighborhood

Carla was very attentive when toilet needed repairs. Good supply of breakfast foods so we didn't have to shop right away. Bus stop just a short walk away. Neighborhood quiet and attractive for walks. Some noise from upstairs, but not bad. Lacking were a comfy place to read with good reading light; also a good cutting board and at least one good kitchen knife would be an improvement.

Perfect for my needs

The apartment is in a nice residential neighborhood with a bunch of walking/running trails nearby and a market within walking distance. Carla is a wonderful host and available if you need anything. If I return to Boulder I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing VRBO!

Discovering this VRBO and encountering such a pleasant host helped me and a colleague be refreshed during an intense training course delivered in Boulder. The host provided every amenity and treated us incredibly well. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone seeking a welcoming and accommodating host!

Convenience and comfort

Great location and lovely neighborhood. Biked and walked each day to nearby shopping. This is a nice home-base for exploring Boulder. Each night I enjoyed a good rest in a comfortable bed and appreciated the ability to both make my own meals in the kitchen and do my laundry. The owner was friendly and readily available.
