![My trip to the &Beyond Xudum Okavango Delta Lodge in Botswana Africa, was an incredible experience. The staff at the lodges are so wonderful and caring, looking after their guest so incredibly well. Hot chocolates on the early morning safari trips are a highlight. I was travelling by myself after being with a group who went to Uganda and South Africa, so suddenly being alone was a little strange. "When we arrived, they didn’t have the Expedia reservation, which had been reserved well in advance. But it was quickly sorted with the Expedia receipt. The room was clean, the staff made us a nice coffee tray, and there was security overnight in the parking area. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There are only a few restaurants in town and a supermarket, which are all in walking distance. It was all fine for just one night. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the CBD and near a few restaurants and bars. I couldn't download the rideshare apps, so i could not venture too far. Found myself going to the same places a couple times each. My flight was changed 4 times, so now i had an evening flight. The front desk was thoughtful and allowed an extended late check out. That was really appreciated and i can't thank them enough for that. Exceptional service."
